We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant to join our team. This is a unique role structured for those who are seeking to rapidly advance their career into a Leadership Role through challenge and innovation. The Principal Consultant is expected to manage multiple projects or engagements, execute on deliverables, and take action on Business Development. Those with high energy and enthusiasm, along with an accomplished background in management consulting should consider the following details.

Specific responsibilities to the role may include:
* Managing client engagements
* Manage Business Development responsibilities, including proposal writing and bid defenses
* Design project research, analysis, and reporting techniques, as well as, project plans
* Oversee the development of project research materials including protocols, analysis plans, surveys, discussion guides, and other data collection instruments
* Negotiate contracts
* Supervise multiple workstreams
* Oversee production of project deliverables including research plans, status reports, interim reports, technical reports, presentations, abstracts, manuscripts, and product dossiers
* Manage the development of staff

Sample Engagements could include:
* Business process transformation reengineering
* Market assessment, evaluation and forecasting
* Portfolio strategies
* Pricing and reimbursement strategy development and support
* Health economic evaluations and health technology assessments
* Product positioning and development
* Risk-Benefit Analysis
* Therapeutic and technical support
* Scenario planning
* Licensing and partnering strategies
* Due diligence
* Applied epidemiological investigations
* Disease area reviews and modeling
* Value dossier development
* Quality of Life studies

* Prefer advanced degree in, MBA, MHA, MPH, MS, MA, etc.
* 7 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 in consulting
* Superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills (sample will be required)
* Has experience and abilities in the following areas: research and development, discovery, business process re-engineering, clinical development, product development, commercialization of drugs, due diligence, technical writing, and presentation skills
* Ability to travel to the client site as necessary
